Tropicana City Mall “Recycle for Vouchers of Love”
Recycle for Voucher of Love is a program launch by MMCA in cooperation with CRC.
What is this program all about?
This program is about how your trash at home can get you a voucher that enables you to exchange for a product or an item from the Tea Art. Cultural Exposition 2009 at Tropicana City Mall – the new pulse of PJ.
How does it work?
Simply collect your recyclable items such as paper, plastic, books, papers, broken TVs, unused Computer Monitors and PCs etc… and drive up to the main entrance of Tropicana City Mall and drop it off at the CRC booth and you’ll be given a voucher in exchange for your recyclable items.
Now, with your voucher you can get an exchange for an item at the Tea Art Cultural Exposition. Simple isn’t it?
What Makes this Program so Exciting!!!?
Well, first of all the volunteers have such an incredible experience being involved in charity work, which involves meeting people and helping the public become more aware of environmental issues and how they can be the difference in the communities.
Secondly, the joy of knowing that there are people out there who really cares about the environment and in charity work!
There are businesses who have donated free magazines and free eatables etc… to make it easier for the volunteer team to distribute CRC leaflets and promote CRC. That certainly counts for something, doesn’t it!
Thirdly, the impressive businesses that supports charity work and entertained charity organizations such as MMCA and CRC in their exhibition!
Lastly but not the least; and may probably be the main reason why this program is so exciting. “It is the satisfaction of a day’s usefulness; going back home tired but satisfied with how the day is spent so meaningfully to help, promote and create awareness of the importance of environmental friendly practice of recycling and how it can also benefit the welfare of our Malaysian Community. Satisfied and content knowing that I have done my part to be the difference today.

Come and support Recycling! Bring along your unwanted recyclable items and exchange it with a cash voucher. The cash voucher can be used to at the TEA ART CULTURAL EXPO to trade with a valuable product. It’s an easy and beneficial way to get involve in Charity work.

Date: Saturday and Sunday! 20-21 & 27-28 of June 2009
Time: 10am - 1pm, 2pm – 5pm
